With a choice of a 6 or 12 week course, you will learn to train and progress with like minded individuals.
You will gain confidence and experience of working out effectively on the gym floor at Ashby's Fitness Republic Gym.
This course includes the following:
Coaching
A 1 hour free weekly, women's only, small group training session (max 5 women) in the gym, teaching you how to use our equipment and perform all exercises safely and effectively. Suitable for all abilities.
Training Plan
Workout guide. Training program to help you track progress as you tone muscles, build strength and lose unwanted body fat.
Friendly Group
This course is only open for ladies up to 5 people.
Access to Blanka Fitness Client Community Group
Tips, recipes, videos, ideas and more.
Nutrition
Personal diet plan provided, to help shed unwanted pounds, increase energy and support your training.
Progress Tracking
Weekly check-ins. Measurements taken. Optional transformation pictures.
